The preparation:
Coffee can be prepared in different ways, depending on tastes and on the consumer's preference.
Each different method may require a different blend and a different roasting, or it may require a
special grinding to make the best beverage.
One Arab saying goes that coffee must be "as black as night, as warm as the heart, as strong as fury and as sweet as love".
Once, this drink was prepared in a simple way: roasted coffee beans were ground and put into cold water; it was then brought to boiling and it turned into a black liquid that you could sweeten if necessary.
Since then, the methods of preparation have evolved greatly; today the most successful ones are the espresso method, the filter method, and the coffee pods, that have joined the ranking only in recent years.
